Welcome, dear journeyer
As the dust settles and the world around you quiets, I'm glad you've found your way here.

Hi, I'm Miya
I know what it's like to live in a body that feels unsafe. To carry wounds that no one else can see. To spend years searching for answers, trying everything, and still feeling like you're just surviving.
I came to this work not through textbooks, but through decades of my own lived experience with Complex PTSD — the kind of trauma that shapes how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and whether you believe you deserve to take up space in the world.
What I've learned is this: healing isn't about fixing yourself or reaching some imagined state of "healed." It's about learning to be present with yourself. It's about building the compassionate internal relationship that may have been missing your entire life. It's about nervous system regulation, not willpower. Co-regulation, not just self-care.
And it's about having someone who truly understands walk beside you — not as an expert lecturing from a distance, but as a fellow traveler who knows this terrain intimately.
Here, you'll find
- Gentle psycho-education that makes complex trauma understandable
- Practical nervous system tools that actually work in real life
- A compassionate presence that holds space for all of you — the struggling parts and the resilient parts alike
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming home to yourself.
You've been trying so hard for so long.
You don't have to do this alone anymore.
Welcome home, dear one.
